The route then continues to Ayodhya before reaching Agra and Jaipur for a final stretch of Mughal and Rajput history.

Arrive at New Delhi International Airport, where your driver will meet you at the designated exit point and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Settle in after check-in and spend some time relaxing.
Should time permit, you may opt for an evening visit to Akshardham Temple, known for its intricate architecture, cultural exhibits, and peaceful surroundings. The temple remains closed on Mondays, and mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted inside.

Begin the day with breakfast before heading out to see some of Delhi’s best-known landmarks. Drive past India Gate, the city’s prominent war memorial, followed by a view of Rashtrapati Bhavan, an important example of India’s colonial-era architecture.
Later, spend time at Sarojini Nagar Market, a popular shopping destination known for clothing, footwear, accessories, and affordable fashion. The market is best explored at a relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to browse local shops and street stalls.
Return to the hotel after the day’s sightseeing and shopping.
Overnight Stay: Delhi
Your journey into the spiritual heartland of North India begins after breakfast, with a drive of approximately 240 kilometers to Rishikesh.
On arrival, visit Parmarth Niketan, a well-known riverside ashram associated with yoga, meditation, spiritual activities, and the Ganga Aarti. Take some time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings before continuing to Haridwar.
As evening approaches, head to Har Ki Pauri to witness the famous Ganga Aarti along the banks of the Ganga. The ceremony is an important spiritual experience and one of Haridwar’s most recognized traditions.

Overnight Stay: Haridwar
Continue the pilgrimage route toward Mathura and Vrindavan, with an approximate drive of 360 kilometers taking around 6.5 hours.
In Mathura, visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, one of the city’s principal pilgrimage sites associated with the birthplace of Lord Krishna.
The route then continues to Vrindavan, where you’ll visit Prem Mandir, known for its white marble architecture, detailed carvings, gardens, and evening illumination. Continue to Shri Banke Bihari Temple, one of Vrindavan’s most revered Krishna temples and known for its distinctive darshan tradition.
Later, return to Mathura for dinner and overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, check out and begin the approximately 550-kilometer drive to Prayagraj. The journey can take around 10 hours and is the longest road travel day in the itinerary.
The day is primarily dedicated to travel, with the changing landscape of Uttar Pradesh providing the backdrop for the journey. On arrival in Prayagraj, check in to the hotel and rest.

Start the morning with a visit to Triveni Sangam, the revered confluence traditionally associated with the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. The site holds deep religious significance and is an important pilgrimage destination.
Continue onward to Varanasi, approximately 120 kilometers away. After hotel check-in, spend the evening at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where the Ganga Aarti creates a memorable scene of lamps, chanting, and devotional rituals along the river.
Return to the hotel after the ceremony.

After an early breakfast, spend the day discovering the spiritual and cultural heritage of Varanasi, one of India’s most important pilgrimage cities.
Begin with Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a major Hindu pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Continue to Sarnath, an important Buddhist destination associated with Buddha’s first sermon after enlightenment.
The day’s sightseeing also includes Banaras Hindu University (BHU), a major center of education and culture whose extensive campus is home to the New Vishwanath Temple.
Return to the hotel after completing the day’s sightseeing.
Overnight Stay: Varanasi
Leave Varanasi after breakfast and travel approximately 220 kilometers to Ayodhya, a journey of around five hours.
Once you’ve checked in and had some time to rest, begin exploring the city’s important pilgrimage sites. Visit Ram Ki Paidi, the series of ghats along the Sarayu River, followed by Hanuman Garhi, an important temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.
Continue to Ram Mandir, one of Ayodhya’s principal pilgrimage landmarks and an important destination for devotees.
Overnight Stay: Ayodhya
Set out for Agra after breakfast, with approximately 530 kilometers of road travel ahead. The journey takes around 9 to 10 hours and is another of the tour’s longer transfer days.
On reaching Agra, check in to your hotel and take time to relax after the journey.

An early start takes you to the Taj Mahal for sunrise, when the changing light offers a memorable view of the iconic marble monument. The UNESCO World Heritage Site remains one of India’s most recognized landmarks.
Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out before continuing to Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site with strong connections to the Mughal period.
Later, travel approximately 240 kilometers to Jaipur, a journey of around 5 to 6 hours. Check in to your hotel on arrival.

Explore Jaipur’s royal heritage with a full day of sightseeing.
Begin at Amber Fort, the hilltop complex known for its Rajput architecture and red sandstone and marble structures. Continue to Jal Mahal, the distinctive palace set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake and viewed from the lakeside.
The sightseeing continues at City Palace, where museums and collections provide an insight into Jaipur’s royal history, followed by Jantar Mantar, the UNESCO-listed astronomical observatory.
End the day at Hawa Mahal, the iconic Palace of Winds. The evening is free for shopping and exploring the markets around Jaipur’s Pink City.

Bid farewell to Jaipur after breakfast and begin the approximately 270-kilometer journey to Delhi, which takes around 5 to 6 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
Once in Delhi, visit Qutub Minar, a notable example of Indo-Islamic architecture, followed by Lotus Temple, the distinctive Baha’i House of Worship known for its lotus-inspired design.
Should time permit, the day may also include a visit to Select Citywalk Mall in Saket for shopping and leisure.
